Torny's Golf List - Returns Policy

We will accept returns of items that are delivered in error or clearly not the item that was purchased or is not as described in the listing. Where such returns are accepted, the refund will also cover the customer cost of returning the goods.

Items must be returned with all packaging intact and in the same condition as they were when delivered. We will not accept returns of items that have been used at all since delivery.

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit during original delivery from Torny's Golf List, details of the damage must be provided to Torny's Golf List before any return to determine the most cost effective solution to address the damage..

Any Return must be pre-authorised with a Return Approval Number (RAN) . Buyers should contact us directly at info@golf-list.com.au to obtain that RAN before goods are returned.

Refund will be given within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods and subject to confirmation of the condition of the item.
